TS(Tinted Stainless) Technique
The manufacturing method of colored stainless steel using plasma treatment involves a continuous process through the conventional Roll to Roll method. This enables the formation of various colors during the manufacturing process.
It treats the surface of uncoiled, unidirectionally supplied stainless steel with high-temperature plasma to remove the moisture on the surface of the stainless steel. It then treats it with low-temperature plasma and activates the surface energy of the substrate to treat the paint coating.
